Since 1985, we have been a leader in the supply of premium chilled Irish beef products to global markets. Our dedicated farming partners deliver only the finest grass-fed cattle, raised in accordance with strict Animal Welfare Standards. This partnership ensures consistent quality, sustainability, and trust at every stage of production.
With facilities in Roscrea (slaughtering and cold storage) and Naas (deboning and cold storage), and a workforce of nearly 200 skilled employees, our company continues to combine traditional Irish craftsmanship with modern food safety practices.

Bord Bia - The Irish Food Board - administer and monitor our beef processing ensuring the highest standards throughout production. Bord Bia aims to have all schemes accredited to international norms, specifically EN45011.

The British Retail Consortium (BRC) first introduced its Global Standard for Food Safety in 1998. Today the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety has almost 16,000 certified sites in over 100 countries world-wide. Sean Fitzgearld Butchers are a BRC certified site in Ireland.

In 2023 Sean Fitzgearld Butchers were awarded a Gold medal for our grass fed sirloin steak! A panel of over 80 industry professionals select the finest steaks from producers all over the world.
Carcass Competition
Naas, January 2018
Sean Fitzgearld Butchers in conjunction with the Limousin Society hold a recurring Carcass Competition. This competition is very well supported with more than 300 cattle in 2018.
